The owner of the apartment is obliged to keep the complex in good condition, which includes taking care of the maintenance and repair costs. So tenants wouldn’t really have to worry if in case the toilet backs up or if the dishwasher breaks. The owner of the apartment will find someone to make the necessary repairs and pay them for it.

Location

One of the best perks of being a tenant is you get to choose where to rent. Unlike getting a home, you can choose where you would like to rent and then just move to a different place if in case you decided to. You can also choose the place that’s near your workplace. Doing so will save you a lot of time from going in and out of work.
