Now, this may not seem as a perk but a dorm is a place free from distractions. Dorms usually provide and promote that kind of ambiences, since you have other people living with you, there should always be respect for each other’s time and space.

Most dorm are largely built to be able to house a large of students. Because of its usual high ceilings and wide spaces, it is a great place to do projects and activities in.
